I highly recommend Philip Alexander as a Musician, Educator, and Entertainer. As part of our International Week, we invited Philip to perform for our preschool, kindergarteners, and one of our special needs classes. We all loved it! He kept the children (and teachers) ACTIVELY ENGAGED for a FULL hour! The time flew! His show had lots of variety: songs from China, France, Mexico and Australia, among others; a balance of message songs like “Under 1 Sky” and active dance songs like “Senorita Rita” and the “Kangaroo Hop” freeze dance. The narrative folktale – “How Zomo The Rabbit Got Wisdom” – really captured the children’s attention! As one of the children was dancing happily to the music, she turned to me and said, "This is the best day of my life!"
